Life at The Point
At The Point, we believe in our residents
maintaining their independence, yet knowing that our
staff is always available to offer whatever support
they may need. It is important to us that our
residents maintain their privacy while enjoying life
with people who have similar interests.
Our culture offers a wide selection of activities.
We provide access to a wide variety of activities
and senior-specific fitness programs with in a mile
and well maintained walking trails to help our
residents maintain or improve their overall health.
We offer prime lakefront sites. Most sites are near
the Lake or near a walking trail for your
convenience. There is swimming, walking, fishing,
and for visitors with children, there is a
playground nearby. Within a mile, there is a gas
station convenience store, grocery store, bowling
center, restaurants, video rentals, equipment
rentals, dollar stores and a large hardware. A
swimming pool is within a mile or so of the
community.
Lot rent is only $225. includes water, sewer, and
garbage pick up with 50 feet of prime located water
frontage. The Point is located on a paved road that
is traveled lightly.
